- • Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking.
2 . Choose Your Geocache
Visit the Gnomecache homepage and browse the list of available geocaches. Each listing provides a cryptic clue, coordinates, and a brief description. Select a geocache that piques your interest and note down the details.
3 . Use the Coordinates
Enter the coordinates into your GPS device or smartphone mapping app. This will guide you to the general area where the geocache is hidden.
4 . Follow the Clues
Each geocache comes with a cryptic clue to help you narrow down the exact hiding spot. Carefully read the clue and explore the area. Use your keen observation skills to spot anything that looks out of place.
5 . Find the Geocache
Once you've located the geocache, open the container and enjoy the moment of discovery! Inside, you'll find a notepad, pencil, and a selection of small toys and knick-knacks.
6 . Sign the Logbook
Write your name and the date of your find in the logbook. This is an important part of geocaching, as it records your success and connects you with other adventurers.
7 . Take a Treasure, Leave a Treasure

8 . Re-hide the Geocache
